Supplier Compliance Onboarding Guide: Qualification, Stock, Inspection and After-Sales Duties

What a supplier must prepare before joining a used-car export marketplace and publishing export-ready inventory.

Policy 2026-07-07

Qualification and review materials

A supplier should provide business registration, contact person, warehouse or yard address, stock source, export qualification or cooperation agreement with a filed exporter, sample inspection report and after-sales commitment. The platform review should happen in the admin dashboard rather than through external chat tools.

Listing and inspection obligations

Each listing should include VIN, stock ID, first registration date, mileage, export port, target markets, photos, video, inspection report and core component photos. Major accident, flood, fire, odometer and EV battery risks must be disclosed. Missing core inspection photos should block publishing.

Settlement and conduct rules

A supplier should not collect buyer funds directly or move the buyer to off-platform payment channels. Buyer deposits and balances go to the platform official account. The supplier receives settlement after required vehicle, inspection, document and shipment milestones are completed and verified.
