What Suppliers Get

A Transaction Workspace, Not Just a Listing Page

Compliant Vehicle Publishing

Vehicle publishing requires base information, target markets, price, export documents and core inspection photos, with server-side validation.

On-Platform Inquiries and Messages

Buyers communicate through on-platform messages and inquiries. Platform admins can join important trade conversations; off-platform chat is not required.

Inventory Data and Conversion Analytics

Supplier dashboard shows views, inquiries, quotes, saves, orders, inspection completion, risk labels and pending settlement.

Platform Escrow Settlement

Buyer funds go to the platform official account. Settlement is released after vehicle, inspection, document and shipment milestones.

Review Requirements

Core Materials Reviewed by Admins

Business license, registration number, responsible person, trade contact, office address and warehouse/yard information.

Export Qualification or Partner

Own used-car export filing qualification, or proof of cooperation with a filed exporter, including authorization scope and responsibilities.

Stock and Inspection Capability

Proof of vehicle source, VIN, registration documents, maintenance records, sample inspection reports, core part photos and video capability.

After-Sales and Compliance Commitment

Destination repair/spare-parts support, risk disclosure, quality traceability, complaint handling and no off-platform transaction commitment.

Listing Standards

  • VIN, stock ID, first registration date, transfer-registration-for-export date, mileage, engine/battery, motor, steering, export port and target markets are required.
  • Main images, walkaround photos, video, inspection report, core inspection photos and risk conclusions are required.
  • Major accident, flood, fire, odometer, structural repair and EV battery risks must not be hidden. Risk vehicles may be listed only with clear labels.
  • New energy vehicles require battery SOH, charging standard, UN38.3/MSDS or related shipping documents.
  • Prices must clearly state FOB/CIF scope; hidden fees after low-price attraction are not allowed.

2026 Compliance Red Lines

  • Vehicles registered for 180 days or less must not proceed as ordinary used cars without a manufacturer after-sales service confirmation.
  • Scrapped, illegally assembled, stolen, unsafe, false-VIN or document-inconsistent vehicles must not be listed.
  • Accident, flood, fire, odometer and structural repair risks must not be hidden or understated.
  • Fake inspection reports, reused photos from other vehicles and forged export documents are prohibited.
  • Suppliers must not move buyers off-platform, collect funds privately or bypass platform contract and payment verification.

Dynamic Management

The platform monitors response time, inspection authenticity, document completion, off-platform transaction attempts, complaints and refund disputes. Non-compliant suppliers may be restricted, settlement-frozen or removed.

Important: suppliers must not collect buyer deposits or balances privately, and must not bypass the platform through WhatsApp, personal accounts or QR codes. Payments, contracts, inspections, documents and settlements should remain on-platform.
